My early years were spent in India, my native country, where I faced a unique set of challenges. A congenital condition, polio, went unrecognized and untreated, leaving me with a slight walking disability due to foot and leg deformities. This condition, while posing physical challenges, also led to feelings of ostracization and mockery by others my age. However, these experiences fueled a determination within me not only to overcome obstacles but also to extend a helping hand to those facing physical limitations.
A New Chapter in America
At the age of 18, I embarked on a new chapter in my life by coming to America, but my ambition remained the same – to make a difference not only in my native India but also in my newly adopted home, the United States. Through Crew Pack Wings (CPW), we have turned this ambition into a reality by providing training, employment, and supportive services to individuals with disabilities or disadvantages who seek greater independence.

Our vision for 2023 is to be a recognized leader in helping people with disabilities and other barriers to employment develop essential work and life skills, find meaningful employment, and excel in their work.
